Return Policy – El Niño Floors

At El Niño Floors, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase.

Return Window

You may return most unused, unopened products within 14 days (2 weeks) of the purchase date.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition
• A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required
• Returns must be approved in advance by our team

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Installed, used, or damaged products
• Custom orders or clearance items
• Adhesives, trims, or underlay once opened
• Flooring purchased over 14 days ago

Refunds & Restocking

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
• A 15% restocking fee may apply on some items
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at (905) 639-1202 to initiate your return
2. Provide your order details and reason for the return
3. Once approved, return the items to our showroom or warehouse location
